Welcome to Cutbush and Smith
Cutbush and Smith was established in 2003 by Liam Cutbush and Robert Smith who both served apprenticeships with local firms – GE Brunning and Franklin Buildiers respectively where both gained City and Guilds in Carpentry and Joinery.
Before becoming partners in 1989, working for carpentry sub-contractors undertaking contracts for local distinguished builders such as Bakers of Danbury, Fredrick J French, Tom Green and larger national companies like French Kier and George Wimpey to name but a few.
After 14 years of sub-contracting both decided to form a small company specialising in hand cut and truss roofs to 1st and 2nd fix carpentry (doors, floors, decks etc).
In 2006 Mr Smith decided to pursue a different career now run by Mr Liam Cutbush, fully insured and CSCS registered.
Cutbush and Smith have over 25 years experience and undertakes large contracts to small one off projects. References and past work are available to see if required.
